This is a defining moment in education. With the expiration of federal funds and increasing speculation surrounding them, mounting culture wars, anti-DEI pressures, and the lasting impact of the COVID-19 era, school leaders are navigating a storm of complexity. At the very center of these intersecting challenges stand our principals—charged with making critical decisions every day that impact school culture, student outcomes, and staff wellbeing. Now, more than ever, they need connection. They need coaching. They need community. That’s why we’re launching the “Impactful Leader“ Regional Principals Network—a powerful opportunity for principals to grow, reflect, and lead with clarity and courage.
To build the capacity of K–12 school principals through a collaborative, supportive space focused on learning, leadership, and planning practices that drive equitable and optimal student outcomes.
